COVID-19 – Coronavirus – Update

Dear Customer,

 

It has been an extremely challenging period for all of us over the past couple of months and we appreciate your on-going support and understanding. By working together, we will make it through this together!

 

No doubt you have received plenty of information about COVID-19, so we wanted to keep this simple and provide only relevant updates for you. We are now back operating in the same pre-COVID way with the team back in the office and warehouse operating at full capacity (24 hours, 7 days per week). We continue to remain committed to ensure we meet all Ministry of Health and New Zealand Government guidelines.

 

Warehouse Operations…

We are now up and running and operating from our new premises and ready for you. Most orders placed before 10.00am are being processed for despatch on the same day and worst-case scenario the day following. If you have specific time requirements, please let us know at the time of order.

 

Couriers & Transport… (most important)

As you will have read about in the media, this is the most challenging area we are currently facing with the significant increase in volume and particularly the more time consuming requirements of home deliveries and COVID health & safety requirements is causing longer lead times from the standard services especially in certain areas.

 

  • Canterbury, Lower North Island (Wellington/Palmerston North) and Rural Addresses Nationwide – We are currently experiencing significant delivery delays and are currently operating 5-7 days behind the standard service schedule.

 

  • All other deliveries – We are currently experiencing delivery delays and are currently operating 1-2 days behind the standard service schedule.

 

We are monitoring this daily with our Courier and Transport providers. To best manage these delays, please place orders allowing more time than normal and let us know your specific requirements at time of order.
