GoBake – Supply Chain Update (COVID-19) – 1st February 2021

Dear Customer,

We are continuing to face significant disruption across our supply chain especially related to the impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).


This includes impacts from selected factories due to lockdowns in their local area as well as the well-known issues with shipping lines. We are experiencing delays of shipping of an additional 4-6 weeks in some instances. The biggest frustration is the changes that are happening from previously promised dates. We can only advise the dates we have been provided however are finding these continue to change by the day.


We are confident that over the previous months that with our additional forecasting and increased orders we will keep any supply issues to a minimum however will continue to keep you updated weekly.

Please understand, this does not affect all products and we also source products from many suppliers around the World. For example, we may have 2-3 different factories supplying different Cake Boxes and therefore the above description does not necessarily cover all items within a category. For more information about a specific product, please contact us and we can help you.
