15g Baking Powder
A Pinch of Salt
150g Caster Sugar
1 Egg
240ml Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Bean - GPVA060
60ml Oil (any cooking oil)

Muffin - Cupcake
Quick and easy muffins that double as cupcake bases.
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C.
2. Whisk together the egg, sugar & salt.
3. Then alternately add the flour and milk, whisking inbetween.
4. Once the mix is smooth, mix in the baking powder.
5. Finally add the oil & Vanilla Bean, mix well until combined.
6. Prepare your muffin tray with your favourite GoBake Baking Cups.
7. Fill the baking cup about 3/4 full with your muffin batter, try not to overfill.
8. Sprinkle your favourite GoBake Sprinkles on top.
9. Place in the oven and bake at 170°C, for 20- 25 minutes. (Depending on your oven).
10. Let them cool down slightly before enjoying them, or save them for later.
Inspiration
Spice up your muffin by adding your favourite ingredients:
- Spices: Cinnamon, ginger, or nutmeg.
- Chocolate chips: white, milk or dark chocolate.
- Nuts: walnut, macadamia, or peanuts.
- Add sprinkles to your batter.
