Ingredients

100g Easy Frost
2 Tblsp Peppermint Flavacol
1 tsp Chocolate Flavacol
100ml Water
450g White Chocolate (Melted, then cooled)
100g Dark Chocolate (Melted)
300g Oreo Biscuits (2 Packets)
150g Butter (Melted)

‘No Bake’ Chocolate Mint Slice

An easy to make ‘No Bake’ Chocolate Mint Slice perfect for afternoon tea and desserts.

Method

1. Crush Oreos in a food processor and add the melted butter and Chocolate Flavacol. Line the slice tray with non-stick baking paper and press the crushed Oreos evenly into the tray to create your base.

2. Place Easy Frost and water into a bowl and using an electric mixer, beat until it resembles a whipped cream.

3. Mix the Peppermint Flavacol and cooled down white chocolate into the crème. It is very important the white chocolate is cooled to ensure it doesn’t melt the crème mix.

4. Spread your peppermint Easy Frost crème mixture evenly on to the crushed Oreos then smooth the top and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
