Prepare all your ingredients and equipment so you’re all set to get creative.

Decorate

Face - Mix chocolate & white Satin Ice together to create a lighter shade of brown. Roll out & using your round cookie cutter, cut out a 5cm circle of fondant for the face. Mouth - Roll out white Satin Ice and using your round plunger cutter (large size), cut out a circle. Use your blade modelling tool to imprint a straight line halfway down the mouth. Press the scallop modelling tool at the end of the line to create the smile. Whiskers Using the point of your blade tool, make impression marks for whiskers. Eyes & Nose - Using Satin Ice, roll two small black balls for the eyes and a slightly larger black ball for the nose. Ears - Roll 2 small balls of chocolate Satin Ice then gently roll one side to form a tear drop shape and press flat.

Assemble

To assemble your fondant topper, glue the mouth to the brown face. Attach the eyes, nose and ears. Leave to dry overnight.

Finish

To finish, pipe a swirl of Easy Frost onto each cupcake and gently press the topper in place.
