GoBake is proudly part of Sweet Moments Group Limited, a New Zealand family-owned business creating sweet moments since 1964.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon publication on our website.

All products sold by GoBake are intended for their normal and intended use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties, conditions or representations apply except those expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions or required under New Zealand consumer law.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredient information and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, colours, packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from those shown online.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or substitute products where necessary due to supplier changes, ingredient availability or product improvements.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where an obvious pricing mistake has occurred. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Acceptance of your order occurs once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been prepared for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods made available through our website at checkout. All payment information is processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers.

GoBake does not store credit card details.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide estimated delivery timeframes where possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.

GoBake cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated shipping address.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Where products are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Due to food safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Please retain your order number and photographs of any damaged items to assist us in resolving your enquiry promptly.
